Shipping Policy

Fees and Overview

  • No additional shipping fees are added at checkout!
  • Orders are processed and begin heading your way within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Items may not necessarily be shipped on Friday after 12pm (EST); services to resume the following Monday.
  • Shipping will be with USPS First Class and therefore will take 1-4 business days for delivery.
  • Delivery time is estimated AFTER shipping and are based on business days (Monday-Friday) and do not include holidays.
  • USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

 

International Shipping Rate

We are currently only shipping to the US.

However, if you are outside the US and are willing to pay extra shipping, please contact us. We will see what we can do!

 

Lost / Stolen / Damaged / Delayed Packages

Please double check that you enter the correct delivery address. If you make an order with the incorrect address, please email us immediately to resolve the issue before the order ships.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once tracking states the package has been delivered. If you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors, household members, and apartment leasing offices first. If you still cannot locate your package, please file a claim with USPS. If you suspect theft, please contact your local authorities. We are also not responsible for delays with USPS.
