Return Policy

Eligibility

Item(s) must be in the same condition as received - clean, in original packaging if applicable, smoke free, damage free. Additionally, we will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Starting a Return

Please contact us at [email protected] or our "Contact" page stating your order number, order date, a description of the issue, and a picture if applicable. If your return is accepted, we will do the following:

  • Email you a return shipping label + instructions
    OR
  • Work to figure out a fair deal to both sides

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must also be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date to be accepted for a partial refund (order minus shipping+fees).

Shipping costs (to and from buyer's location) will be the buyer's responsibility in most cases. This will be reflected in the refund after the item is received.

Damages and Issues
All orders are inspected prior to shipping. Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Then we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
